Job Description
- Design and plan network architectures that align with business requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions for network infrastructure.
- Configure and deploy networking equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Implement and maintain LANs, WANs, and other network services.
- Implement and maintain network security protocols and measures.
- Monitor network traffic for security threats and implement countermeasures.
- Monitor network performance and optimize for efficiency and reliability.
- Implement solutions to address bottlenecks and enhance network performance.
- Diagnose and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on network equipment.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals, including system administrators and security teams.
- Work with vendors to evaluate and procure network-related hardware and software.
