1. Common Information and Services.

These terms of services are related to the user access in “Terms” of the My Technical Jobs. The My Technical Jobs website means https://mytechnicaljobs.com and its all subdomain and also applied for all related social media and marketing pages. This is online platform intended to be used by Job seeker, Companies, agencies and other related partners.By using Services on the website, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions related to My Technical Jobs and acceptance of these Terms, on your own behalf. If you as a user want to know more about when, where, and why we collect personal data, how we use it, the conditions under which we may disclose it to others, then please refer to our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

As a user, you may access the website as a job seeker, Agencies, Employers and Company partners to know about the different job’s details, Applicant details related services and Registrations reviewing the content that available on the Website. As per company policies company can remove the registered Job seekers, Companies and Agencies from website if they stopped our services for long period of duration (Duration decided by company admin team) or also can removed if users are not using our services as per rules and regulations. If agencies or our partners are uploading the resume of candidates (Job seeker) data or resume then , that data will be property of MY TECHNICAL JOBS (OCCD Pvt.Ltd), agencies or our partners cannot delete that resumes, data or CV.

The Agency will be eligible for a placement fee upon the successful hiring of a candidate introduced by the Agency.

Placement fees and payment terms are outlined in a separate agreement.

3. Eligibility and Privacy

My Technical Jobs Services are available only to individuals who are 18 years and above. For using our Services, it is compulsory to provide us your personal data. You can refer to our Privacy Policy for additional information for how we are handling, processing and securing user's personal data. When you choose to register for, you agree that you will not provide any false information regarding your personal information like email address, phone number, education, age etc.

4. Payment and Refund

For payments for services are using online payment services Net banking , credit card, through an online account payment or bank transfer etc. My Technical Jobs wanted to ensure a clear understanding of financial relations between you and My Technical Jobs with respect to the provided Service. In case you are not satisfied with the Services or any other personal reason, you will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Account info

To avail our service, you must have to be a registered member. To become a registered member, you must fill registration by adding all your personal credentials required for Job seeker and Partners. Company Details are required if registration will be done by Company or Agency. While using our service, you agree that the information provided by you is real and updated, we as a company have a right that if we find any use of the Website that is found inappropriate, may result in suspension and/or termination of a User with or without notice.

6. Service Misuse

“My Technical Jobs” will be the mediator between jobseekers, Agencies, Companies and Individual recruiters’ partners. The main purpose of this website is to serve the society with technical recruiting services . Make sure that users will not misuse this platform. Candidate resume data uploading by agencies or our partners should be correct and should not be added wrong data intentionally such as candidates personal, contact details and other details , else contract will be terminated without current and future benefit and Pending payment will not be paid.

7. Alert/Notifications/Call

The communication between the registered user and “My Technical Jobs” would be done by mail, Messages ,Call or and third party Alert .You agree with the electronic message transfer service and are liable to provide an active email address and active phone number for time to time notifications related to My Technical Jobs requirements. You are solely responsible to check the mail from time to time and attend the call. If you don't want to receive notification by mail from “My Technical Jobs” you can unsubscribe the notification alert on the website or Contact our support team.

8. TERMINATION

The person has been banned for the service if found violating the terms and conditions, providing the false information, misleading, incomplete information, or any other previous experience. My Technical Jobs has a right to terminate the user if found misleading with us and will be barred for future registration.

9. Copyright:

The content used on the websites such as data, images, and links is the property of our company, it is protected from copying copyrights law. You may not copy the content or use it for any other purpose or use the framed pages for your personal or business purpose without prior information, if you broke any of this rule we will refrain you from using our service and the action would be taken according to Govt. Laws.

10. Access of Website

This website access is not limited to India. It can be used all over the world. My Technical Jobs service is provided online so any user or company from outside of India can check the service and enroll themselves. If you access and use this Website outside India, you are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations according to your country. We are not responsible if the information on this website is available for use outside India, users are solely responsible for access to our website outside India.

12. DISPUTE

Disputes related to any services or consult issues would be discussed personally and tried to solve by “My Technical Jobs team”.
The unbiased final decision will be taken by “My Technical Jobs” after going through the related case. Even if the company may dispute you overseas or any other location in India, the appropriate courts situated in Nagpur shall have exclusive jurisdiction to solve any dispute. Other location other than Nagpur can also be decided by OCCD Pvt. Ltd India Only.
