Job Description

A Software Tester is responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications. The role involves understanding requirements and preparing test cases and scenarios. The tester performs manual testing such as functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing. They identify, log, and track defects using bug-tracking tools. The tester works closely with developers to resolve issues and verify fixes. Regression testing is conducted after changes or bug fixes. The role ensures the final product meets quality standards before release.
